URBANASCOR EXCLUSIVE! : We talked exclusively with the hacker from Germany about the reproaches against Chris Brown. The hacker assures Chris has nothing to do with the leaked Rihanna pictures. He even takes the full blame for the leak himself! As proof he gave us five new unleaked pictures from Rihanna and told us he got them from her computer. He will stay anonymous because of the legal aftermath, but calls himself “Al3x”. Chris is hereby no longer ‘guilty’ for leaking the pictures! It was a brief interview.

Urbanascor: Why are you talking about these pictures and your leak?
“Al3x”: Because I want that everybody knows the truth about the leak.

Urbanascor: How did you get your hands on these pictures?
“Al3x”: I get them from Rihanna’s email account rfenty… She sent them to Chris Breezy.

Urbanascor: Why did you get these pictures out for people to see?
“Al3x”: I want everybody to know that it was not Chris Brown who leaked the pictures.. These five pics are only to show that I’m not a faker, without pictures everybody can say this.

Rihanna is ready, willing and—as it happens—required to take the stand against ex-beau Chris Brown at a hearing next month. The singer’s attorney, Donald Etra, told E! News that Rihanna will be called to testify at the June 22 preliminary hearing in Brown’s felony assault case. “The judge advised me that there will be a subpoena for Rihanna as a witness at the preliminary hearing,” Etra said following a morning hearing. “She will definitely comply.” And she will be doing so while facing her alleged attacker. “He has to be here anytime a witness is called,” Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos said, confirming that the “monster”-denying R&B star will indeed be present to hear the testimony. According to Geragos, the prosecution will outline their case against the embattled R&B star. Aside from Rihanna, the D.A. is expected to call the officers who were first to respond to the scene and find the bloodied and abandoned Rihanna. At the end of the proceeding, the judge will determine whether there is enough evidence for the case to go to trial. Meanwhile, while neither Brown nor Rihanna were present for this morning’s session, their attorneys got more than a little bookkeeping taken care of.

Rihanna was spotted kissing another man that was not Chris Brown.

After an alleged abusive encounter in February with Chris Brown, Rihanna has been linked romantically with several men. Rihanna, 21, appeared in Lucky Strike Lanes & Lounge in New York City with 10 pals for some bowling, drinks and plenty of PDA with Canadian hip-hop artist Aubrey “Drake” Graham, a source told People Magazine, adding that the singer, “who was absolutely glowing,” sipped whiskey and apple juice and stayed close to Drake.

According to the source, the R&B princess and Drake couldn’t keep their hands off each other, dancing and kissing all night. Drake is best known for playing Jimmy Brooks on Degrassi: The Next Generation.

Chris Brown isn’t letting those legal troubles get in the way of him putting out some new music.

The embattled singer might even try to dip into the country music world with “Trapped in a Dream,” a song that’s being considered for his upcoming new album. He may go so far as to ask a country music star or two to appear on the track…

“Maybe we’ll see an appearance from Carrie Underwood or someone like that,” Robert Allen, a writer and producer currently working with Brown, told us last night at the BMI Pop Awards in Beverly Hills. “It’s that kind of song.”

So what’s it about? “It’s just feeling like you don’t want that dream to go away,” Allen explained. “Everybody has a dream and you’re in it, but you wake up and you’re like, ‘Oh, my God.’ You feel like you’re still in that dream.”

Allen said Brown doesn’t talk about what’s going on with Rihanna, who is also spending time in the studio. “We just focus on music,” he said. “We’re just happy-go-lucky people who just get into the studio as much as possible.”
